It was established in 1973 in the Şişli district of Istanbul to trade forest products, and after managing its business there until 1987, it opened its first branch on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. As of 1992, it started the incorporation move in a 3000 m2 closed area on the 10,000 m2 land it owns in Samandıra, Istanbul, and made Samandıra its headquarters.
